Driven by a deep passion for science, Samantha is a Retail Registered Dietitian that is committed to highlighting the importance of nutrition. She has always taken delight in helping others and is very understanding of each person’s various needs and backgrounds. She believes that food is something we can all relate to, we just have to put our own “spin” on it.

Proper nutrition both inside and outside of the home is the key to any healthy lifestyle. Samantha not only believes in choosing the right foods but also is passionate about finding them and learning how to enjoy them in different and unique ways. Whether she is cooking something up in her own kitchen or dining out, Samantha is always looking for new, tasty twists on classic dishes.

Samantha was accepted to the University of Delaware as an Early Decision Student where she made Dean’s List and was recognized as a “Woman of Promise”.  She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics and a minor in Biology. Samantha studied in Hawaii with the UDEL nutrition program, which allowed her to experience a new culture and an innovative approach to food and nutrition.

To earn her R.D., Samantha attended the Dietetic Internship Program at the College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. While completing her internship, Samantha worked in both foodservice and culinary settings, providing an opportunity to study many facets of nutrition. Upon graduation, she was bestowed the honor of “Distinction in Supervised Practice.”

Samantha has 5 years of healthcare experience and is currently a Retail Registered Dietitian in the supermarket industry. She has had publications in New Jersey’s Health and Beauty Magazine and has also made multiple appearances on local radio.
